Included with this option is complimentary goal setting, fitness assessments and measurements for those who would like them! These programs are perfect for any group of people to get involved in a healthy and fit lifestyle. Group Training is also great for team building! ReBOOT CAMP

 

Strong Girl Fitness Bootcamps are for EVERYONE, whether you are a fitness fanatic or you're just starting! Don’t let the 'Bootcamp' title scare you away! Strong Girl Fitness Bootcamps are NOT the typical military style! Strong Girl Fitness bootcamps offer the opportunity for like-minded people to work together and support each other to achieve their individual fitness goals! Included with this option is complimentary goal setting, fitness assessments and measurements for those who would like them! If you are serious about having fun and meeting new people while getting fit in a supportive environment then Strong Girl Fitness Bootcamps are for you!!
 

ONLINE PROGRAMS AND COACHING
 
Strong Girl Fitness Online Programs and Coaching is the ideal option for people who like to do it themselves! This service provides you with an 8 week program specifically designed for YOU and YOUR goals! At the end of the 8 weeks your progress will be assessed and another tailored 8 week program will be sent out! If you are committed to your health and fitness but prefer to work alone then this is for you!
PERFORMANCE TRAINING

 

Strong Girl Fitness Performance Training offers general and sport specific strength and conditioning. This is perfect for sporting teams and individuals looking to achieve optimum results in their line of sport. Programs are tailored to meet the needs of the team or individual.
